You're hoping the team will figure it out. They won't. They're paralyzed by your indecision. Every time they ask what matters most, you say "all of it." That's not an answer. That's abdication.

Question to Consider: What's the one thing blocking everything else?

Why: When everything is urgent, nothing moves. The leader must choose what gets done first. What's the dam? What single thing, when removed, lets the rest flow? If you can't answer that, you're the problem. Here's what's really happening: you have ten priorities competing for resources. Every time your team asks what to do first, you say "all of it." So they spread thin across everything. Nothing gets finished. Nothing ships. Everyone's busy but nothing moves. Your team isn't lazy. They're paralyzed by your indecision. The cost? Deadlines slip. Revenue stalls. Competitors ship while you  decide. Team morale dies because they work hard but see no progress. Your best people leave because they want to build things, not shuffle tasks. The ones who stay are comfortable with slowness. You've created a jobs program, not a company. All because you won't pick one thing and cancel the rest. Decision-making is your job.

Action: Pick one thing today. Look at your list of priorities. Choose the single thing that, if solved, unlocks everything else. Tell the team: "This is the priority. Everything else waits." Let them focus and finish it. Protect them from new urgent requests. When they finish, pick the next thing. Clear the path one obstacle at a time. This is your job as the leader. Stop waiting for consensus. Make the call.
