Action: Stop hiring today. Write down three non-negotiable behaviors now. Make them public. Have individual conversations with anyone currently violating them. Give them 30 days with weekly check-ins for culture violations. Performance issues get 60 days. Culture violations get 30. Both get weekly coaching. If they change, great. If not after genuine coaching, have the hard conversation. It's better to be smaller with the right people than bigger with the wrong ones. Protect what you built.
